USNS Rappahannock Delivers Fuel to Indonesian Frigate

USNS Rappahannock (T-AO-204) conducted an underway replenishment (UNREP) with a guided-missile frigate of the Indonesian Navy at Indonesian territorial waters in the South China Sea, May 20. The Rappahannock, a Henry J.
