In order to make an official visit to Peru, on June 27, the Chilean Navy sailing school ship “Esmeralda” will arrive at the Callao Naval Base, as part of the LXVII Foreign Instruction Cruise 2023 of the midshipmen of the Arturo Prat Naval School.
The school ship will remain in Peru from June 27 to July 2, during which time its crew will carry out various protocol and cultural activities that will strengthen the ties of friendship and cooperation between the Navies of both countries.
Its crew is made up of 294 crew members, 25 officers, 139 seafarers, 107 midshipmen, 19 sailors and 4 members of law enforcement.
