Opening August 4, 2027, the National Coast Guard Museum will bring the history and legacy of the U.S. Coast Guard to life through interactive and immersive experiences, state-of-the-art exhibits, more than six hundred artifacts and 5,000 images, and STEM-based educational programs.
Outside the Museum, the Revenue Cutter Argus Promenade will stretch along the waterfront façade and connect with New London’s City Pier Plaza, the future homeport of the USCGC Eagle. The promenade will be lined with commemorative pavers, creating a lasting tribute that will welcome visitors for generations to come.
