The New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) will help transport fuel around the country by sea and road to help ease a jet fuel shortage triggered by a damaged oil pipeline in Auckland last week. Environmental Group Obtains Plaintiffs to Sue US Coast Guard

April 26, 2017 – Today, Washington State’s Tulalip and Suquamish Tribes agreed to be plaintiffs for Earthjustice, allegedly to “protect endangered Southern Resident Killer Whales” from oil tanker traffic and risk of oil spills. Who is funding this is unclear.
