The exercise, which took place in the territorial waters of São Tomé and Príncipe, was attended by the Liberal Frigate, the Brazilian Navy, and the Coast Guard of São Tomé Príncipe, creating the opportunity to train the garrisons of both ships and the military of the Coast Guard of São Tomé and Príncipe, in the face of the various scenarios presented.
