From September 16 to October 13, 2026, a public service patrol vessel joined Standing NATO Maritime Group 1 (SNMG 1) and patrolled the Baltic Sea in support of NATO as part of Operation Baltic Sentry .

Through this mission of monitoring and protecting underwater infrastructure, this deployment led the crew to operate in support of the Baltic Sea littoral states. With a maritime sensor deployed in the theater, the patrol vessel tracked, classified, and reported vessels of interest and ships linked to the interests of competing nations transiting the area.

This deployment, with its strong inter-allied character, also provided an opportunity to conduct several exercises with partner navies in the area, such as those of Sweden, Denmark, and Latvia.

Towing, refueling at sea, and assistance in the event of an incident on board allowed for rich and fruitful exchanges on the procedures, methods of action, and resources of the different navies.
