Naturally, with this work we are contributing to the connectivity of these isolated and island places.”

Then the Commander highlighted the work of the crew in the face of the adverse weather conditions of the sector: “this work we carried out was a challenge, because it is not easy to carry out maintenance at this time of year with the weather conditions that are characteristic during the month of July in the jurisdiction, but also, we finished all the work with buoys that were in the annual planning of the Fifth Naval Zone.”

With the materialization of this commission, the Unit and its crew reaffirmed the commitment to one of its main roles and importance for the safety of navigation.
