Doğu Akdeniz-2025 Invitation Exercise maritime phase; with the participation of the Naval Forces Command, NATO Standing Maritime Group-2 (SNMG-2) and NATO Standing Mine Countermeasures Group-2 (SNMCMG-2) units, commenced on 24 November 2025.
As part of the first day activities, following the departure from Aksaz Port;
✅ Asymmetric Threat,
✅ Mine Warfare,
✅ Seamanship and
✅ Anti-Submarine Warfare Training were successfully conducted.
The maritime phase of Doğu Akdeniz-2025 Invitation Exercise commenced on 24 November 2025 with the participation of the Turkish Naval Forces, Standing NATO Maritime Group-2 (#SNMG2), and Standing NATO Mine Countermeasures Group-2 (#SNMCMG2) units.
During the first day’s activities, sailing from Aksaz Naval Base, the participating units successfully conducted:
