The frigate “Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union Gorshkov”, built by the shipbuilders of the Northern Shipyard according to the project of the Northern Design Bureau (part of the #ОСК), completed the tasks of the long march.
During the 261-day voyage, which began on January 4, the frigate traveled more than 50,000 nautical miles (about 92,600 km).
For the first time, a Russian ship with hypersonic weapons on board performed tasks in the Western Atlantic, off the coast of Africa, in the Indian Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea.
The frigate took part in two international naval exercises in the Indian Ocean and the Arabian Sea, and also made business calls to ports:

✅ Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
✅ of the Syrian Arab Republic
✅ People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria.
