Vitse-Admiral Paramov Replenishes Mediterranean Flotilla

The crews of the ships of the Black Sea Fleet (Black Sea Fleet) conducted a special exercise to receive and transfer supplies of materiel between ships in the Mediterranean Sea.

The crews of the frigate “Admiral Essen”, the small rocket ship “Vyshny Volochek”, the patrol ship “Vasily Bykov” and the small sea tanker “Vice-Admiral Paromov” were involved in the event.

As part of a special exercise, the crew of the tanker “Vice-Admiral Paromov” carried out additional supply of ships with various types of fuel and lubricants and materiel in various ways, both at anchor and on the move.

Also, during the training, the ships worked out the procedure for joint and single maneuvering, taking the most convenient positions for receiving and transferring cargo.

The exercise in the distant operational zone was carried out in accordance with a unified plan for the final check of the forces (troops) of the Black Sea Fleet during the summer training period.

The check will allow you to set objective assessments for each ship, military unit or subunit, reveal problematic issues and quickly work out ways to solve them.
