In early November, an acceptance certificate was signed for a special-purpose boat of the Grachonok project for the Federal Service of the National Guard of the Russian Federation.
On July 15, at the Vympel Shipyard JSC, the ceremonial laying of the project 21980 Grachonok special-purpose boat took place on the order of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
The ceremony was attended by General Director of Vympel Shipyard Yevgeny Norenko, head of the military-technical support group of the military educational and scientific center of the Navy named after Admiral Kuznetsov, Captain 1st Rank Sergei Feoktistov.
On behalf of the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, Admiral Nikolai Evmenov, he congratulated the Rybinsk shipbuilders on the laying of another modern boat and wished the company’s staff to cope with the construction of the Grachonok on time.
Yevgeny Norenko, General Director of Vympel Shipyard, called the launching of the boat an important event:“I am sure that the ninth boat Grachonok will be delivered to the customer on time. The plant has all the possibilities for this: the technologies have been worked out, everyone understands what needs to be done, from designers to those who embody the ship in metal. Customers trust us, see potential in us, and it is important for us to justify this trust. Together we can do a lot. Now we are implementing the program “Increasing labor productivity” and together we are changing the situation at the enterprise, changing our shipyard, and this will certainly lead to positive results. ”
The ceremony was attended by the Chief Inspector of the Center for Control, Development and Serial Construction of Naval Ships and Vessels, Captain 3rd Rank Vladimir Vladimirovich Sedov, Director of the Department of Investments and Industry of the Yaroslavl Region Dmitry Glushkov, Deputy Head of Rybinsk Alexey Ryabchenkov, Deputy of the Yaroslavl Regional Duma Larisa Ushakova, Chairman of the Council of Rybinsk Konstantin Dolgov.
The participants of the event secured a mortgage plate on the section of the boat.
The Rook with the serial number 01229 will be the ninth in a row to be built at the Vympel shipyard. Earlier, the Vympel shipyard delivered four Project 21980 boats for the Northern Fleet and four more for the naval units of the Russian National Guard.
At the end of the solemn event, the employees of the plant were awarded, who made a significant contribution to the construction of ships and vessels. 36 employees received various awards: medals of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation “Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union Gorshkov”, certificates of honor of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Governor of the Yaroslavl Region, the Department of Investment and Industry of the Region, the Yaroslavl Regional Duma, the head of the city of Rybinsk, letters of thanks from the Rybinsk Municipal Council.
