This past Saturday the Navy christened our newest expeditionary fast transport, USNS Puerto Rico (T-EPF 11). We are honored to have an MSC ship named after the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and grateful to have as the ship’s sponsor, U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Sonia Sotomayor. Keel Authenticated for the Future USNS Puerto Rico (EPF 11)

August 9, 2018 – A ceremony celebrating the keel authentication of the Navy’s 11th Spearhead-class Expeditionary Fast Transport ship, the future USNS Puerto Rico (EPF 11), was held at the Mobile, Alabama shipyard of Austal USA, the ship’s manufacturer.
