US Coast Guard Repatriates 87 Illegal Immigrants

October 8, 2019 – The Coast Guard Cutters Joseph Tezanos (WPC-1118) and Heriberto Hernandez (WPC-1114) repatriated 82 Dominican migrants and 5 Haitians to a Dominican Republic Navy vessel Monday, following the interdiction of five illegal migrant voyages in the Mona Passage. Coast Guard releases investigation report on death of suspected smuggler

February 13, 2017 – The Coast Guard has released its Major Incident Investigation (MII) Report into the death of a suspected smuggler who was killed during a law enforcement operation 195 miles north of the Galapagos Islands Aug. 30, 2016.
