August 1, 2019 – Serco Inc., a provider of professional, technology, and management services, announced today it has completed the acquisition of Alion Science & Technology Corporation’s Naval Systems Business Unit, including its Canadian business and a small number of related contract operations (collectively ‘NSBU’), following the receipt of all regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Australia’s New Icebreaker Takes to the Water

September 22, 2018 – The commissioning of Australia’s new icebreaker reached a key milestone this week, with the vessel being floated in Romania. It took two days to pump the equivalent of 50 Olympic swimming pools of water into the dry dock where the RSV Nuyina is being built.
