The Harbor Phase of SIMBEX-18 commenced with two Op Conferences conducted at Port Blair on 10 and 11 November 2018. The conferences, attended by the Ops Teams and aircrew from all participating ships and aircraft, discussed planning and execution details of various exercises scheduled during the Sea Phase.
