USS Shoup Vsits American Samoa During OSMI Deployment

October 28, 2018 – USS Shoup (DDG 86) arrived in Pago Pago, American Samoa, Oct. 27, as part of the ship’s Oceania Maritime Security Initiative (OMSI) deployment.
