MSC Conducts First Ever Cargo Loadout in Seward

May 20, 2019 – The Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Henry J. Kaiser (T-AO 187) made history by conducting the first ever cargo operation by MSC in Seward, Alaska, May 16. The ship took on cargo as part of its support of the joint training exercise, Northern Edge 2019. May 13, 2019 – Approximately 10,000 U.S. military personnel are participating in exercise Northern Edge 2019 (NE19), a joint training exercise hosted by U.S. Pacific Air Forces, on and above central Alaska ranges and the Gulf of Alaska, May 13-24.
