Two JMSDF Ships Arrive at Colombo

September 30, 2018 – Two ships – ‘Kaga’ and ‘Inazuma’ belonging to the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) arrived at the port of Colombo on a goodwill visit today. The vessels were received by the Sri Lanka Navy in accordance with naval traditions upon their arrival. ‘Kaga’ is a 248m long vessel with a displacement of 19,950 tons.
