Navy Announces Plan to Survey Wreck of WWI Cruiser San Diego

The Navy announced plans September 6 to survey the wreck of the World War I U.S. Navy cruiser, on which six American Sailors lost their lives when she was sunk as a result of enemy action off the coast of New York on July 19, 1918.
