ARC Cartagena de Indias (ex-FGS Luneburg) Decommissioned

In a military ceremony presided over by Captain José David Espitia Jiménez, Chief of Staff of the Caribbean Naval Force, the ARC ship “Cartagena de Indias” was deactivated, after having completed 49 years of useful life, 21 of them at the service of the National Navy.
