July 23, 2019 – USS Carney (DDG 64) returned to Naval Station Rota, Spain, July 22, after completing a four-month patrol in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations. June 30, 2019 – USS Carney (DDG 64) arrived in Odesa, Ukraine, June 30, for a scheduled port visit as part of multinational exercise Sea Breeze 2019.
