FS Jean de Vienne Assists in Major Drug Bust

On 5 March 2018, the French Marine Nationale destroyer Jean de Vienne continued Combined Task Force (CTF) 150’s recent string of successes by seizing over four tonnes of hashish during an operation in the international waters of the Arabian Sea. CTF 150’s Second Drug Bust in Two Weeks

March 14, 2017 – Combined Task Force (CTF) 150 has made a second seizure of drugs in under two weeks in the Arabian Sea. On 13 March,  USS LABOON seized 270 kg of heroin concealed on a dhow that had been tracked by a helicopter from RFA Fort Victoria.
