Trinidad & Tobago Orders Three Cape Class OPVs from Austal

July 30, 2018 – Austal Limited (Austal) is pleased to report that the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago (GORTT) has announced its intention to purchase two Austal Cape Class Patrol Boats. The vessels will enhance the border protection capabilities of the country in conjunction with the existing Coast Guard fleet, and will join six Austal Fast Patrol Craft acquired in 2009. Austal Wins RAN Cape Class Sustainment Contract

Austal (ASX:ASB) today announced the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) has awarded a sustainment contract worth up to $18 million over three years for the Cape-class Patrol Boats, Cape Fourcroy and Cape Inscription. February 14, 2017 – Austal launched the tenth Cape-class patrol boat for the Royal Australian Navy at its Henderson February 14. Future Australian Defence Vessel (ADV) Cape Inscription is the second of two follow-on Cape-class boats that will be operated by the Royal Australian Navy.
