November 20, 2020 (Google Translation) – The Sevmash team (part of the USC) became a laureate of the regional prize named after M.V. Lomonosov. The jury of the competition noted the effectiveness of the implementation of digital three-dimensional measuring systems in the construction of nuclear submarines.
The team of authors included chief engineer Evgeny Borodin, chief metrologist Grigory Bogdanovich, specialists from the research, technological and test center Andrei Savinov and Dmitry Desnev, head of the personnel management group Anna Konstantinova. The introduction of digital three-dimensional measuring systems has made it possible to create an end-to-end technology for manufacturing a nuclear submarine in a single measuring space. This method makes it possible to carry out full control at all stages of the construction of a nuclear submarine from the manufacture of a part to the assembly of the ship.
The developed technology allows to reduce labor intensity and increase the accuracy of dimensional control. It was introduced during the construction of nuclear submarines of the Yasen-M project and will be used further in the creation of ships. The economic effect was over 57 million rubles. The savings were achieved by reducing the labor intensity for the manufacture of templates and additional equipment, increasing the accuracy of work on the installation of structures on the order and reducing assembly and welding works.
The award ceremony for the laureates will take place today in the Government of the Arkhangelsk Region.
