As part of the fulfillment of the elements of the task “Sailing and conducting combat by a single ship”, the crew will conduct a set of naval combat exercises and measures to coordinate the crew at sea. The development of the elements of the coursework will take place in the maritime training grounds in the Black Sea.

In the course of practical actions, the crew of the “Moskva” group will carry out a set of naval exercises on anti-aircraft defense with the implementation of anti-aircraft artillery fire, on the use of electronic warfare, damage control, as well as on all-round defense and protection of the ship during the passage by sea and when parked on an unprotected raid.

One of the stages of the exercise will be to work out the algorithm of the crew’s actions with the conditional use of the ship’s main missile system.

After completing the mandatory training elements, the cruiser crew will continue to prepare for participation in the Kavkaz-2020 strategic command post exercise.
