The ARC “Cabo Corrientes” was a Point Class type unit, which provided services to the Colombian Navy for 18 years, carrying out operations against transnational crimes, search and rescue, protection of maritime resources and sovereignty, covering a total of 151,292 nautical miles.

This ship represents all the units and crews of the Pacific Naval Force, which for 30 years have been part of the most varied sea stories, registering the meaning of value, effort and sacrifice, of the men and women who protect the blue of the flag and that day by day they have contributed to the consolidation of a better future for the populations of the Colombian Pacific Coast.
