August 18, 2018 (Google Translation) – The missile boat Chuvashiya (Baltic Fleet) successfully carried out sea artillery firing on shooting marks that were imitating surface targets and means of air defense of the imaginary enemy.
The boat practiced combat elements on repelling attacks of small-sized targets as well as elements of air defence in a complex operational-and- tactical situation. 76-mm and 30-mm artillery mounts were used for range practice.
In addition, the crew conducted the drill on repelling air strikes of the low-altitude imaginary enemy with implementation of antiaircraft artillery firings.
The crew also worked out setting of electronic jamming, elements of struggle for the ship’s survivability on the move, sailing through a narrow passage, as well as conducting ship anti-sabotage defense when being in an unprotected roadstead.
